Enhanced Personal Training Offers:
Safe and Effective Researched Based Training

The first session consists of a consultation and fitness assessment.  The purpose of this session is to determine your fitness level and discuss your medical and exercise history, daily routine, diet, and develop fitness goals.  Based on your needs, an custom fitness program will be designed for you.   All fitness programs are designed to be integrated and functional, which makes the programs I design different from other trainers fitness programs.  Integrated refers to programs that focus on developing all the body's components: strength, speed, balance, flexibility, core strength, and endurance.  Training sessions are also functional meaning the exercises you perform will be specific to your lifestyle, allowing you to perform the activities of daily life with more ease and without injuries.  Below are the different types of fitness services that I offer.

Fitness Assessment and Consultation
Before any training begins each client has a fitness assessment and consultation.  This involves a cardio and flexibility test, body composition measurements, and heart rate / blood pressure monitoring to determine your fitness level. We will discuss your daily routine, nutrition, exercise history and exercise preferences in order to develop a specific training program that will help you reach your goals and improve your quality of life.


Core Training
Core Training strengthens and conditions the muscles supporting your spinal column, low back and abdominals.  A strong core is essential to a functional and safe training program, and also decreases the risk of injury and can help reduce low back pain. Dino specializes in developing core strengthening programs for people with back problems and people who are trying to prevent back pain.  His background in Physical Therapy allows him to develop effective core strengthening programs that are based on research and the individuals needs.


Functional Training Programs
Back Pain, muscle soreness, difficulty performing normal activities without pain? Enhanced Personal Training can educate and train you on proper body mechanics and posture to help prevent pain by learning more efficient ways to perform daily task.  Learn how to correctly lift or move heavy objects and proper body mechanics while sitting at work or home.  Dino is a certified Physical Ability Trainer with years of experience developing functional training programs to meet the demands of daily life.


Sport Specific Training
Improve performance in your favorite sport or physical activity with a customized training program.  After an athletic assessment, a sport specific training program is designed based on your needs and demands of the sport.  Programs are designed using the scientifically based Optimum Performance Training Method.  Improve all the components necessary to improve your game; speed, strength, power, endurance, balance, and flexibility.


Post Rehabilitation
Dino will assist in the continuation and progression of your rehabilitation exercises in a correct and safe manner.    Programs will train you in conjunction with your physician or physical therapist to help you reach and maintain the goals prescribed by your health care professionals.


Weight Loss Training
Improve your cardiovascular health and lose weight with exercise programs that are specifically designed to decrease body fat and increase lean body mass.  Train at a level that is specific for your age and fitness in order to achieve maximum results in a healthy and efficient manner. 


                                                           Resistance Training
Resistance Training involves the use of weights, resistance tubing, and your own body weight to increase muscle endurance, stability, strength, and power.  It is an excellent way to increase lean body mass, lose weight, and improve overall fitness.  Resistance Training is incorporated into every fitness program and the amount of weight, reps, sets, and speed of the exercises will be specifically designed based on your ability, needs, and goals.


Preventative Fitness Programs
Do you have high blood pressure, diabetes, fibromyalgia or other chronic health conditions or concerns?  In conjunction with your physician or other health professionals, an exercise program will be designed based on your specific health needs or concerns to help prevent or improve your health and quality of life.


Corrective Posture Training
This involves an assessment of muscle imbalances, joint range of motion, and posture.  Based on the assessment, rehabilitative exercises are added into the training programs to correct muscle imbalances, increase flexibility, balance, improve body posture and body mechanics. You will be educated on proper sitting and standing posture positions.


Independent Fitness  Programs

Perfect for individuals who want to start exercising on their own but aren’t sure how or what exercises to do. Dino will design a custom exercise program that you can use on your own, and teach you how to exercise properly.  Dino will work with you when needed to help you progress and change your workout to ensure you are getting the most out of your fitness program.


Group FitnessTraining
Exercise sessions designed for couples or those who prefer to exercise with family or friends.  Group Training is offered to groups of two or more with rates based on how many individuals attend the training sessions.


In Home Personal Training
Train in a private and comfortable setting such as your home, office or location of your choice.  This ensures that your training sessions are personal and focused on helping you reach your goals.  No need to drive to the gym or wait in line to use exercise equipment.  All the exercise equipment is supplied if needed.
